Cormoran Lodge Kibuye on the shores of gorgeous Lake Kivu is a new Lodge(2011) on the shores of a beautiful lake with awesome views and tranquility.

Cormoran Lodge is literally perched on a steep hill with stunning views of Lake Kivu below. It enjoys an idyllic and excellent location with a rustic feel of a chalet one would find in the French or Swiss Alps. The wooden cabins all face the serene Lake Kivu and from the balconies guests can watch the beautiful sunset and locals sailing peacefully in canoes on the Lake. Quite breathtaking.

Cormoran Lodge has 7cosy wooden cabins and a restaurant built entirely of wood.

Guests to Cormoran Lodge Kibuye will enjoy a breathtaking view of lake Kivu and the surrounding islands from any of our 7 rooms.

From the VIP cabin you get fantastic views of Nyiragongo volcano carter in Congo.
