 Just a note to let you know that we enjoyed our recent stay at the apartment.  The quality of the fixtures and fittings were surprising for Uganda and showed us what can be done there.  Also some initial concerns we had about the noise of the main gate were swiftly dealt with by your people on the ground – a level of customer service we were unaccustomed to in Uganda.

I'm now in Kenya. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say that everything was great at the guest house. Rachael and the team treated us very well, they were warm and friendly and our team felt very well cared for. The meals that we had at breakfast and supper were excellent.

Kizito,We had an amazing trip.  So many fantastic memories.  We were especially grateful for the handlers in Kenya who helped us track our lost luggage and took us to the airport a couple of times to check on it.  They went above and beyond their duties.

 The Rwanda handlers were equally professional and helpful.  Our only complaint is we were asked to meet with their office, which took us a bit our of our way and took up some precious site-seeing time which we were already short of. 

 Overall, however, we were extremely pleased.  We wouldn't hesitate to book another trip through you.  The whole time we felt safe and well taken care of.  We also liked all of our accomodations and the drivers and guides were exceptional.

Thank you for your message! It has been a pleasure to drive the Elgrand, although it is true that it needs a lot of fuel. . The Elgrand being very spacious, it was really convenient for the first 2 weeks, during the shooting of the movie, as I was with my 2 assistants and some bulky equipment.

And the Terrano is even better!! I am now in Kampala and I have not yet tried it up-country, but I am planning a 2-weeks trip to the South-Western national parks.

I will defenitely recommend your car rental services to any other person among my contacts, and I shall also try to have your agency included in the Eye Magazine, as I told you.
