Description

Wildlife and Birds Safari in Rwanda that also combines a Birding Safari tour of Rwanda and a visit to akagera National park for both game viewing and yet more birding.

A 3 days trip to Akagera National Park with its beautiful undulating plains, woodlands, sprawling lakes and wetlands. It is home to Elephant, Cape buffalo, giraffe, Lion and various antelope species.

Day 1
On arrival in Kigali airport in Rwanda, you will be met and transferred to Akagera Lodge. Time permitting; go for an evening game drive in the park. O/N: Akagera Game Lodge (B,L,D).

Day 2
Full day game drives in the park. O/N: Akagera Game Lodge.(B,L,D).

Day 3
Return to Kigali and time permitting go for a tour of the city including a visit to the market, a pottery project, a widow's project, handicraft shops, and a genocide memorial. Transfer to the airport for your onward international flight. (B,L).
