A unique lakeside country home in the heart of the Switzerland of Africa, is a private resort that will take your breath away. feza cottages built in a style of a Rutakirwa’s Palace (local chief), the ebitoogo thatched cottages are uniquely designed to offer a modern comfort to our guests without compromising on the rich traditional ambience.
The cottage is designed by Herbert Shemsande a building consultant and built mainly by the locals using locally sourced tradtional materials.

feza cottages also also offer transportation to and from Kabale town plus Katuna Border post. We can also arrange for transportation from major towns in Uganda and Rwanda plus Entebbe Airport at an extra cost.

Brief Background
The Mandivam Lounge derives It's name from a European lady who is believed to have been the first European to come to that Penisula. She is believed to have set up a tent and camped in the exact spot the Building housing the Lounge was erected. Mandivam is the local pronunciation of her name.

We have an ideal camping space near our Man-made forests. We will facilitate you with tenting materials in case you do not have any.
