Description
Chameleon Hill Lodge, Lodges in Nkuringo Bwindi, Chameleon Hill Safari Lodge Lake Mutanda Bwindi. Safari lodges in Bwindi Uganda. Lake Mutanda accommodation and lodges.
Chameleon Hill Lodge is located on the shores of Lake Mutanda in Nkuringo Bwindi National Park. It is perched on an altitude of 1800m making it a perfect spot for those having safaris to Mgahinga National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and the Virunga Volcanoes.
Chameleon Hill Lodge is set on the shores of Lake Mutanda between the two Gorilla National Parks in Uganda of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park. The Lodge has splendid views of Lake Mutanda, the Virunga Volcanoes and surrounding hills.
Chameleon Hill Lodge’s unique craft architectural design was motivated by the location of the site itself. The most important aspect is definitely the magnificent views. Every single Chalet and the main Lodge are placed in a way that doesn’t obstruct the beautiful views across the lake and volcanoes.
Chameleon Hill Lodge has 10 luxurious en-suite Chalets. Each chalet has been personally fixed up with a crafty touch, painted in bright and happy colors like those of a chameleon with breathtaking views.
Our guests can enjoy the views while taking a shower in the luxurious bathrooms or while sipping on Arabica or Robusta coffee or Nile Special beer on the verandah overlooking the magnificent Lake Mutanda.
All the chalets are furnished with comfortable beds, comfortable mattresses, mosquito nets, a private safe, fire extinguisher, umbrella and torches.
The Restaurant can host up to 20 guests serving international cuisine with some African dishes prepared by our two accomplished chefs from Uganda and Kenya.
