Mutanda Lake Resort infamously built on a private land headland expanding into the Lake Mutanda. This beautiful resort has setting that trills the guests with the backdrop of Rwanda and DRC volcanoes and amazing Islands surrounding the lake.

The Resort has Luxury accommodation set up in between Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park making it the perfect accommodation option for the Gorilla trackers in both Parks.

Mutanda Lake Resort has thirteen gorgeous cottages set on a wooden platform commanding spectacular views. Each cottage has an independent balcony, private bathroom and toilet, comfortable beds with mosquito nets. The cottages can either be single, double, twin, triple or family rooms.

The Resort’s comfy restaurant prepares all necessary meals, from the continental buffet breakfast for the early trackers and holiday makers to the A la carte delicacies. For the trackers or hikers they can have packed lunch. For dinner a three course menu is served.
