Nyinabulitwa Lodge found on the borders of Kibale National Park, 20kms from Fort Portal town western Uganda. Kibale National Park is a natural tropical forest in western Uganda famous for primates especially the chimpanzees; it’s also a habitat for so many bird species
The resort is situated approximately 20 km’s outside Fort Portal in the western part of Uganda. It borders Kibale Forest National Park, one of the most beautiful tropical forests in the country with stunning bird and insect life and 13 species of primates, including a unique population of more than 1400 chimpanzees.
The forest also hosts forest elephants, buffaloes, bush pigs and duikers and a great variety of reptiles.
The resort makes an ideal base for safaris to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, host to the rare mountain gorilla, Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park with 500 bird species, Rwenzori Mountains and Semuliki National Park.
There are luxury cottages for accommodation in luxury cottages and quality camping site for those interested in camping which is Nyabulitwa Camp site. This state of the art campsite has magnificent views of the crater lake, offers up-to-date bathroom and toilet facilities, dining, barbeque and solar power installations.
The guest house its own garden where kitchen gets some of the foods it prepares, serving an assortment of appetizing African dishes and continental meals. Our guests can also have their own barbeque with the facilities provided.
