Paraa Safari Lodge is located in Murchison Falls National Park, North West Uganda on the banks of the mighty River Nile. The legendary River Nile, on it's journey from its source in Jinja and Lake Victoria joins Lake Albert and is suddenly compressed into a narrow gorge of only six meters wide, leading to a cascade of water gushing 43 metres below. There is a world spectacle at Murchison Falls, one of the world's most powerful flows of natural water.

Paraa Lodge is elevated high above the Murchison Falls on the north side of the river from where Paraa Safari Lodge enjoys stunning views of the falls.

The now restored Lodge has been host to many dignitaries in its lifetime - Britain's Queen Mother and Ernest Hemingway to name but a few.
Paraa Safari Lodge offers an eclectic mix of luxury, comfort, relaxation, baecation, as well as adventure for those seeking a luxury African safari experience in the wild of Uganda.
