Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge is located In the heart of Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda .The Lodge is and conveniently and strategically situated for wildlife viewing and as base for game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kyambura Chimp tracking.
The Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge serves as an ideal overnight base for your safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park and Kyambura Gorge game reserve. When the Karibu Team visited there was plenty of elephants galore that came to visit.
We had missed seeing these gigantic animals on a game drive only to be gifted with their visit at The Bush Lodge.
The Bush lodge has 6 self contained cottages. The cottages are made from a fine combination of canvas and local materials and each has terrific views of the Kamera river.
Each room has its own private ensuite bathroom with an eco toilet and an outside shower where 2 showerheads allow couples to take their moonlit shower at the same time.
Game drives
Several circuits through the open savanna or along the crater lakes of Queen Elizabeth Nationa Park reward visitors with a marvellous safari experience.
Chimp tracking
The revirine forest of Kyambura gorge is home to a habituated chimp community. Guided walking tours, organized by UWA.
Maramagambo Forest Walks
A stretch of lush primary forest with plenty galore of monkeys and birdlife.
Boat trip
A 2hour launch trip to the Kazinga channel. view a wide variety of animals up close.
